REFUND POLICY
1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If no measurable progress or strategy implementation is seen within the first 90 days
- If the company fails to deliver agreed services
2 Refund Structure
- 50% refund will be applicable in case of verified service failure
- No refund will be granted once execution work has started or resources have been allocated
3 Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if:
- Delay is caused by client-side factors
- Client withdraws without valid reason
- Strategy was approved and implemented
